Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any product or programme from Anaura. By completing a purchase or accessing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.

Anaura™ is a lifestyle and life systems brand registered in England and Wales. Our products and programmes are designed to help women manage their lives and wellbeing through structured, practical systems.

References to "Anaura", "we", "us" or "our" throughout these terms refer to Anaura™ and its owner.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any product or programme from Anaura, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website or any linked payment platform.

You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Products & Services

Anaura offers the following products and services:

The Organised Her Reset Programme

An 8-week live group programme delivered online. Includes 8 live sessions, 8 Notion dashboards, and a 90-day implementation plan. Sessions are held via Zoom and recorded for participant access.

Individual Dashboards

Digital products delivered via Notion. Upon purchase, you will receive access to your dashboard template and any accompanying setup guidance.

The Mental Load Audit

A free resource delivered digitally. No purchase required.

Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Anaura does not store your payment details.

Payment plans: Where a payment plan option is available, you agree to all instalments being completed as scheduled. Access to programme materials may be affected if payments are not received.

All prices are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Refunds & Cancellations

Reset Programme

A full refund is available if requested more than 14 days before the programme start date. After this point, refunds are not available as cohort spaces are limited and cannot be reallocated at short notice.

If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly and we will consider your situation on an individual basis.

Digital Products (Dashboards)

Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not available once access has been granted. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue with your dashboard, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.

Digital Products

Upon purchase of a digital product, you will receive access instructions via the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure this email is correct before completing your purchase.

Anaura dashboards are delivered via Notion. You will need a free Notion account to access your dashboard. Anaura is not responsible for any changes to Notion's platform or pricing.

Access to digital products is for personal use only and is non-transferable.

Programme Conduct

The Reset Programme is delivered in a group setting. All participants are expected to treat one another and the programme facilitator with respect. Anaura reserves the right to remove any participant from the programme without refund if their conduct is deemed harmful to other participants or to the programme environment.

Sessions are recorded for the benefit of participants who are unable to attend live. Recordings are for personal use only and must not be shared, distributed or reproduced.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, dashboards, frameworks, programme content, copy, branding and systems produced by Anaura are the intellectual property of Anaura™ and are protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, share, sell, distribute or repurpose any Anaura content or materials without express written permission. This includes but is not limited to dashboard templates, session recordings, workbooks and written frameworks.

Personal use of purchased materials is permitted and encouraged.

Disclaimers

Anaura programmes and products are designed to support organisation, productivity and wellbeing through structured systems. They are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical or therapeutic advice.

Results from the programme will vary depending on individual circumstances, engagement and implementation. Anaura does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Anaura's liability in connection with any product or programme is limited to the amount paid for that product or programme.

Anaura is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of our products or participation in our programmes.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By making a purchase, you agree to our data practices as described in that policy.

We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) for email communications and Stripe for payment processing. Both platforms operate in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Changes to These Terms

Anaura reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our products or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
